Each and every Lost Boy item is a custom made piece. Please take the time to make concrete decisions in your garment selection. Policies are in place to ensure fairness in the agreement you make at Lost Boy. Please be aware of the journey your garments will take and the supportive hands that bring Lost Boy to your doorstep.

Payment Terms

Lost Boy will accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay) via Stripe.

PayPal option will be available in the future on our website.

If you prefer and are more comfortable to use Venmo or PayPal, please send an email with your order details through the contact form. We will manually send an invoice with your order to continue checkout.

Returns

Due to safety and hygienic concerns, all garment sales are final.

Cancellations and Exchanges

There are no cancellations after 24 hours once an order has been placed.

If you need to make an exchange due to product sizes, we will offer the second pair for 50% off. This exchange may only apply to the same product. The exchange must be completed within 3 days of your first purchase. Please proceed exchange requests to the contact form. Allow time for evaluation and second shipment time. There is no exception to this term and condition.

Item Defects and Flaws

In the rare event that Lost Boy apparel arrives in a faulty condition, please refer to the contact form within 3 days of the postmarked receiving date. We will cover the return shipping cost and fix any necessary mistakes or replace the order. The order must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.
